Cuts and Prices

It takes a little more time and labor to raise cattle for market naturally, but we think you will agree that it’s worth the effort.  We want you to leave with the best and safest product available.

Beef is available in whole, half, and split half (quarter) portions.

Our price is $2/pound hanging weight of the animal before processing. 

We have a limited amount of our delicious all natural angus beef available from May to July 2008.

The finished price is approximately $4.00/pound of beef, including processing.  We can’t predict exactly what the weight and final price will be but we will give you the closest estimate possible. 

We usually use Craig’s Meats in Mindoro, WI for processing.  Their 2007 price for processing a whole beef was $266.
