Nearly all beef sold in the supermarket originates from large industrial feed lots where the animals are enhanced with artificial growth implants and given antibiotics. Our beef is minimally processed and contains no artificial ingredients or preservatives. 

We practice environmentally responsible rotational grazing, ensuring that our cows and calves on pasture receive the most nutritious grass and hay available. We allow our calves to grow in their natural environment and then finish them on a grain/hay ration.
